Location: Charlotte, NC
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Auto Dialer Analyst to join our client’s operations team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Auto Dialer Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing the auto dialer system, analyzing call data, and ensuring the efficiency of outbound call campaigns. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to meet performance goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the auto dialer system, ensuring it is configured correctly to meet the needs of outbound call campaigns.
- Analyze call data to identify trends, optimize call strategies, and improve campaign performance.
- Monitor real-time dialer performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including Do Not Call (DNC) lists.
- Collaborate with the operations and IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to the auto dialer system.
- Prepare and deliver reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as call volume, connection rates, and conversion rates.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the efficiency of the auto dialer, including adjusting call pacing, list management, and agent allocation.
- Ensure all auto dialer activities comply with company policies and legal requirements, including TCPA and other telemarketing regulations.
- Provide training and support to team members on the effective use of the auto dialer system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to auto dialer technology and outbound call campaigns.
- Assist in the development of call scripts and strategies based on data analysis and campaign objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with auto dialer systems, preferably in an analyst role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using auto dialer software and related CRM systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of telemarketing regulations and compliance requirements, including TCPA.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $55,000 – $70,000 a year ($26.00 – $34.00 per hour), based on experience.
