The Close Framework Builder

Draft your five closing moves for any upcoming interview. Rehearsal-ready in ten minutes.

How It Works

Write a short answer into each of the five moves below. The tool stitches them into a single rehearsal card you can read out loud or glance at before walking in. Do not memorize the sentences. Notice them. The goal is to walk in knowing how you will finish before you know how you will start.

Your Five Moves

Draft each in one or two sentences. Short lines rehearse better than paragraphs.

01
The Recap Hand-Back
10 seconds. A summary of what you heard.
"It sounds like the most important thing for this role in the next six months is rebuilding the patient access onboarding process, and the right person needs to be able to lead it without a lot of handholding. Is that a fair summary?"
02
The Specific Strong Question
One sharp question rooted in this specific conversation.
"You mentioned earlier that the team has had turnover in the last year. What would you want the person in this role to do in the first 90 days to help steady that?"
03
The One-Line Value Close
One sentence. What you'd own and why you fit.
"Based on what you've shared, the part I'm most excited to own is the onboarding rebuild, and I think my background in care coordination maps cleanly into what you're trying to build."
04
The Decision Move
A respectful call to action in the interviewer's hands.
"Is there anything you need from me to feel confident moving forward, and what does the next step look like from your side?"
05
The Post-Interview Promise
The specific thing you'll send in the next 24 hours.
"I'll put together a short follow-up tonight with a couple of thoughts on the onboarding rebuild, since it's the part I kept thinking about."
