Panel Prep Grid

Enter your panelists and their roles. Get a per-person prep card with likely concerns, talking points by lens, a tension flag for tricky role combinations, and a room-entry strategy.

How It Works

Every panelist in the room has a different agenda. This tool builds a prep card for each person so you know what they are likely watching for, what talking points to emphasize in their direction, and how to walk into the room with a plan rather than a general sense of readiness.

1

Enter your panelists

Up to five names and roles. Add the role being interviewed for and your top responsibilities.

2

Review the prep cards

Each panelist gets a card showing their likely concern, suggested talking points for their lens, and a watch-for flag if their role creates known tension dynamics.

3

Get your entry strategy

A room-entry sentence that frames your presence clearly for the full group from the first moment.

1
Role You Are Interviewing For
What Enter the title of the role you are interviewing for and your top three responsibilities for that role.
Why The talking point suggestions for each panelist are matched to the specific responsibilities of your role. A general prep card is less useful than one tied to what you will actually be accountable for.
How to use Enter the job title and three short phrases describing the core responsibilities. These do not need to be full sentences.
2
Panelist Names and Roles (Up to 5)
What Enter each panelist's name and select their role type from the dropdown. Fill in as many as apply to your panel.
Why Role type determines what a panelist cares about and what language will resonate with them. The same answer lands differently depending on whether the person asking is your future peer, a senior leader, or an HR partner.
How to use Enter first name or full name. Select the role that most closely matches their function. If you do not know their role, select "Unknown."

One Concern You Have About This Panel
What Enter one specific thing you are worried about for this particular panel, if anything.
Why Named concerns get specific advice. Unnamed concerns stay vague. If you are worried about a difficult question, a gap in your background, or a particular panelist's seniority, naming it produces a more targeted watch-for note in your output.
How to use Write one sentence. It does not need to be polished. Examples: "I worry they will ask about my gap," "I do not have direct experience with their EMR system," "The senior VP makes me nervous."
